Frequently Asked Questions

Q. With regard to your consulting / business development
capabilities, I don't want to be told what I already know.  How
would you really add value?
A. We would look to fill the gaps in your existing concern by
providing you with new strategies, contacts, leads, and business
in existing or new markets.  Our expertise lies in the US, UK, and
India.  Unlike some, we would then help you implement these
strategies, and manage your relationships with the contacts if you
should so desire.

Q.What level of person do you tend to know at Biotech/Pharma
companies?
A.  It varies, but generally a senior person in Business
Development or Corporate Development, and often the CEO.  
Rest assured though that if we don't already know the person you
need to see, we will find a way of contacting them for you.

Q. How do you charge for your services?
A. We are flexible. We could work for you on a project basis and
charge you a fixed fee for a certain number of hours to be worked.
 Alternatively, we could contract to work for you on an on-going
basis for representation of varying numbers of hours each month.

Q. What length of contract do you typically expect?
A. Most of our projects have lasted a couple of months, and then
our clients have returned a few months later with another
upcoming conference / market in mind. If the contract is on an
on-going basis then it can vary from a couple of months to
several months, depending on what it is you require.

Q. Can you guarantee that your contacts will see me?
A. No, but we can guarantee that you will get a fair hearing.  We
cannot force anyone to see you, but know that we can persuade
senior people to consider it and at the very least provide you with
useful feedback.

Q. Will you or your associates work on-site with my employees?
A. Typically not.  We would certainly spend some hours with you
getting to grips with you and your technology and goals, and then
communicate via telephone, e-mail, and frequent meetings to
discuss progress.
